Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, un Analyste performance, avec minimum 4 ans d’expérience sur le périmètre « Test de performance ».

Missions principales :

  • Gestion de projet et autonomie sur les actions à mener
  • Appréhender et éventuellement aider les clients à définir leurs besoins,
  • Apporter une expertise sur la performance des projets auxquels il est associé,
  • Conseiller les équipes projets et métiers sur les aspects liés à la performance des applications,
  • Construire et réaliser un plan et une démarche de test de qualité,
  • Exécuter des tests de performance de qualité,
  • Veiller à l’utilisation et au respect du processus de test (Méthodologie test de performance),
  • Respecter les charges et délais tels que définis lors de la planification de la demande,
  • Respecter les conditions de qualité telles que définies par l’entité REF QP

Activités Détaillées :

1- Contrôle et reporting :

  • Remonter des comptes rendus, roadmaps, et toutes les informations nécessaires au fur et à mesure de l’évolution du traitement de la demande à ses responsables,
  • Veiller au respect des procédures, des normes et méthodes,
  • Renseigner régulièrement les outils de gestion par les éléments nécessaires en termes d’informations, charge et délais,
  • Participer aux réunions périodiques internes auxquelles il est convié (comité projet, comité de pilotage, réunions d’équipe, …).

2- Gestion :

Intervenir dans le déroulement de la phase de préparation des tests :

  • Participer à la phase d’étude (réunions de cadrage)
  • Préparer le document d’EDB test de performance à l’aide de l’équipe projet
  • Remonter les interrogations, incohérences, manques détectés à la lecture des spécifications
  • Elaboration de la stratégie de test de performance

Concevoir les cas de tests :

  • Concevoir les cas de tests (Référentiel de test, Plan de test, Scripts de tests,…)
  • Concevoir les scénarios de tests
  • Rechercher ou construire les jeux de données

Réaliser l’exécution des tests :  

  • Exécuter les scripts de tests 
  • Analyser et réaliser des préconisations en fonction des résultats des tests de performance obtenus  

Rédiger les comptes rendus des tirs et rapport de test de performance

Type de contrat : Freelance

Durée de mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
