Job DescriptionJob Description

Quakertown Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Doggie Daycare Attendant to join our Kennel team Our Doggie Daycare program offers the right mix of exercise and socialization in a supervised group play environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves animals and can provide high-quality, compassionate pet care for our clients. We aim to provide a fun, safe, and clean space for dogs while their owners are away.

The shift commitments would be Full-time M-F 9-3PM but will change depending on Kennel needs. Weekends Holidays and on-call commitment needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a total of 15-20 dogs per day
  • Supervise play areas to ensure pet safety
  • Take dogs for walks
  • Give dogs food and water throughout the day
  • Follow a regular cleaning and sanitation schedule

Qualifications:

  • Previous professional experience in animal handling or kennel care required
  • Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years of age
