WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Healthcare Concierge-Customer Service agent you will be providing introductory information to our members. Following up with members throughout the defined processes and providing accurate healthcare benefit information. You will be responsible for documenting all member interactions and escalating queries and concerns appropriately. Interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
  • Tenacious problem solver who enjoys working in an innovative, fast-paced team environment
  • Inquisitive “investigator” who can connect with our members to fully understand their needs
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Providing introductory information to members
  • Following up with members throughout the defined process
  • Provide accurate healthcare benefit information
  • Appropriately document all member interactions
  • Escalating queries and concerns appropriately

SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 2 years healthcare experience
  • Spanish speaking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience successfully navigating complex workflows, meeting sensitive timelines
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work full time (8 hour shifts) between 6a-6p, Monday - Friday in our professional South Jordan office
