What We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for a lead carpenter who embodies excellence, creativity, and leadership. If you're someone who takes pride in high standards, thrives on problem-solving, and enjoys leading a team, you're exactly who we need. We're looking for professionals who:

• Have a friendly and professional demeanor
• Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and a growth-oriented mindset
• Are eager to expand their knowledge and assist others
• Find joy in building exceptional spaces and achieving success as a team

Must-Haves:

• 15+ years of residential remodeling experience
• 10+ years of new construction framing experience
• 10+ years of experience leading a remodeling or building crew
• Effective leadership skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings
• Valid driver's license and insurance with a clean driving record
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening

What You'll Do:

• Lead projects from assessment to completion, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection
• Perform all carpentry tasks, from rough framing to exquisite finish work
• Inspire and guide your team to achieve unparalleled craftsmanship
• Mentor and train team members to continually enhance their skills
• Communicate seamlessly with subcontractors and homeowners, ensuring an outstanding client experience
• Collaborate with Project Management to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Full-time position, at least 40 hours per week
• Work hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00 am - 4:30 pm; Fri 7:00 am - 11:00 am

• Competitive wages: $28.00 to $35.00/hour, based on experience and skill level
