Business Development & Account Manager

Due to our continued growth, we’re currently looking for a Business Development professional to manage and grow established customer relationships as well as develop new sales channels. .

The Business Development & Account Manager will:

  • First and foremost, embrace and live our core values. Beyond skills, education or experience, we only welcome talent to our team who align with our driven, team-focused and collaborative culture.

  • Apply their bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or sales, (or equivalent experience), plus three years of B2B account management and/or business development experience to manage sales activities and execute on our targeted growth objectives.

  • Produce results through deal negotiation, personalized service and proactive communication in a high activity and high transaction volume environment. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Show enthusiasm for mastering a newer, vibrant and quickly-evolving industry while being driven to creatively solve problems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Provide a passion and sense of urgency for continuous improvement, closing deals and delivering results.

  • Utilize organizational skills, attention to detail and technical competence to optimize CRM system as well as other technology.

  • Maximize margins by conducting product/data analysis when making accurate valuation classifications, deal proposals and customer payment reconciliations.

  • Travel up to 10%
