Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their insurance needs. Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage, processing policy changes, and handling billing inquiries. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
