Position: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Location: CHICAGO, IL

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $22.50 - $26.80 per hour

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant. Responsibilities:

  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
