We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Makes timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Maintain office supply orders.
Requirements
Must be willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty license.
Minimum of 2 years of working in an independent insurance agency is required.
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
