Consider project outcomes for the city of Tulsa to ensure net positive environmental, economic, and social impact. Analyze efficiency of the company’s grants identification and response process in each of their desired capabilities for growth. Use design process documents to support grants responses. Investigate projects and perform analysis in an in-depth systematic manner identifying existing policies, funding and grant sources, best practices, and relevant benchmarks to support the company’s strategic and policy goals. Identify and secure grant funding opportunities and curate informed policy and thought leadership around the company’s portfolio areas. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing collateral is appropriately targeted to specific audience(s).

Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, Global Environmental Sustainability or a related field, and 1 year of experience with economic and entrepreneurial development and partnership building. Experience must include 1 year of experience with: collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, including modeling relationships between current and historic data; establishing performance indicators and metrics to measure program delivery and compliance identifying and evaluating federal grant opportunities; supporting grant application process, including grant writing, response preparation, and reporting; utilizing project management tools, including, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and Asana; liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination; designing process documents, graphics, and diagrams, using PowerBI, and Canva. Excel and Miro; and with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Airtable, and Campaign Monitor. Telecommuting is permitted upon manager approval.
