JOB SUMMARY

Facilitates sales and construction activities by tracking and moving job from contract through settlement. Meets customer expectations during each phase of sales and construction through coordination with the Community Sales Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing and Estimating, and Drafting & Design Departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Processes signed contracts. Ensures all required paperwork and signatures are present. Routes proper paperwork to buyers, Community Sales Managers, lenders, purchasing & estimating, etc.
  2. Informs Permit Coordinator when to apply for permits.
  3. Prepares job packets for the Project Managers.
  4. Schedules buyer’s appointment with Design Gallery.
  5. Processes signed change orders. Tracks change order payments.
  6. Works closely with Project Managers, Community Sales Managers, Purchasing and Estimating, and Drafting and Design to ensure timely execution of all stages as well as troubleshoot any issues.
  7. Prepares settlement paperwork for Accounting Assistant/Settlement Coordinator.
  8. Accomplishes other tasks as assigned by the Director of Design and Selections.

COMPETENCIES

  1. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 programs.
  2. Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral format.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of construction software helpful.
  6. Ability to organize one’s own activities.
