Are you the Clinical Staffing Scheduler we're looking for?

To excel as a Scheduler at The Rivers At Maryland Farms, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting (CNA preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to keep track of staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will interact with residents, their families, and staff members on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required to effectively manage and update staffing schedules.
