Job Summary: The IT Quality Assurance Director directs and oversees the implementation of policies and procedures for the quality function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and directing the policies, programs, and initiatives used to monitor and measure the overall quality of IT services, systems, and software.
  • Ensures that tracking systems capture useful operational metrics for use in reducing defects, improving service, and optimizing the implementation process.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years plus of managerial experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage bug/defect tracking, system testing, qa process.
  • Familiar with Governance, Risk & Compliance Software.
  • Ability to manage technical projects.
