As a key part of our recruiting function, you'll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to schedule onsite and virtual interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process. We're looking for a team player who is excited to contribute to our growth and make a real impact on our company's success.
We are looking for someone who is available for a hybrid/onsite role with 3 days per week in-office based on interview schedule.
This contract will be for 4 months. Potential for extension or conversion will be based on performance and business need.
What you will do:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the very first interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression of SmithRx.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to schedule on-site and virtual interviews.
- Host in-person interviews at our Plano office as needed.
- Facilitate exceptional partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment coordinators prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work, and attention to detail.
- Support ongoing updates in our applicant tracking system to job descriptions, interview kits, templates, and forms.
- Coordinate interviewer onboarding and training.
- Advocate for opportunities to improve candidate experience and process efficiency and help drive those improvements.
- Act as an ambassador for SmithRx's employment brand through thoughtful interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Develop as a Talent Acquisition professional through gaining exposure and training in sourcing and/or recruiting operations.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 1 year or prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
- Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
