Your role as a Finance Manager

As a new Finance Manager at Area Agency on Aging Southwest FL, you can expect a dynamic day filled with diverse responsibilities Your daily tasks will include overseeing budgeting processes, ensuring financial compliance, and preparing detailed financial reports that guide our strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with various departments to assess financial needs and provide insights to enhance our programs, all while embracing a customer-focused approach.

In addition, you will lead a small team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and innovation. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet flexible work environment.
