Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $27-$29/hr

Morrow Management’s Project Coordinators ensure smooth operations for each job. This role is highly social, involving interaction with hundreds of people on any given project. Our projects span from single-family to multi-family housing and commercial projects. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Project Manager in executing all assigned tasks to successfully complete a project, from Due Diligence, submittals, meter installations and refunds. In this role, you may address design plan issues before construction begins, use tracking tools to monitor progress once the job is underway, and communicate with utility companies and developers to keep everyone informed throughout the process.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Distributes overall project schedules
  • Schedules meetings with clients and utility contacts
  • Prepares all project meeting agendas and associated attachments as directed by the Project Manager
  • Attends project meetings as requested by the Project Manager and keeps detailed meeting minutes for publishing to the project team
  • Prepares utility communications
  • Corresponds with developers, utility contacts, the design team, etc.
  • Monitors project progress by the creation and use of monitoring tools
  • Pursues and monitors submittals and tracks deliveries. 
  • Understands and verifies all submittal conformities to utility specifications
  • Reviews drawings for accuracy and identifies critical path items
  • Collects and distributes coordination drawings to the design team.  Reviews drawings with Project Manager.
  • Sets up coordination meetings for Project Manager to chair
  • Maintains client relationships at the appropriate level while reinforcing the Company’s commitment to continue addressing their needs and interests in a timely manner
  • Delivers client tracking reports on a weekly basis with a summary of project status
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Project Manager

  • Alternative office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm, Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm
  • No remote work offered
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and walk short distances within the office
  • Occasional travel to meetings/project sites may be required
