What You’ll Do
The Machine Converting Operator will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines to produce bags of various sizes and materials for the food service industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating advanced Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines.
- Setting up jobs, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues.
- Ensuring production meets high-quality standards and customer demands.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods (10-hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Beasley, Garant, or Weber bag machines is a plus.
