Team Leader - Huntsville

The overall purpose of the Team Leader for the wastewater operations is to monitor and maintain all operational aspects of the wastewater treatment facility.

Job Duties:

  • Operate wastewater treatment equipment and ensure all phases of the recycling process are being performed without any defaults.
  • Assist with directing fellow teammates during the assigned shift.
  • Assist management with tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain daily and weekly records as required.
  • Inspect all wastewater treatment equipment, tanks, pumps, etc.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Pre-employment background and drug screen required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Carry/lift over 50 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, and squatting for long periods of time performing maintenance
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Operating heavy machinery
