Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead tenant move-in and move-out processes with precision and finesse, establishing the benchmark for excellence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, delivering prompt resolutions in line with our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with healthcare tenants, vendors, and contractors, fostering a network built on trust and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage budgets tailored to healthcare facilities, overseeing every dollar with strategic foresight.
  • Ensure our properties maintain peak performance through timely maintenance and repairs, consistently aligning with healthcare industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure compliance with the stringent regulations and standards of the healthcare sector.
  • Generate detailed reports on property performance, offering insights that drive informed decision-making and set new standards for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial property management experience, specializing in healthcare properties.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
