What will you be doing:
We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Admissions RN for a full-time position located in the Central Territory. This includes towns from Abington to Duxbury plus any surrounding towns in Central area.

The Admissions RN is responsible for conducting the initial in-home evaluation of the patient and development of the care plan under the direction of the MD. Strong assessment skills are a must and the ability to identify a patient’s needs at home and make referrals to other disciplines. You must also communicate effectively with the ordering provider when conducting the initial assessment to ensure accuracy of the treatment plan and all medications.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.
  • Registered Nurse (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of nursing experience required.
  • 2+ homecare experience mandatory
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
  • Oasis skills mandatory, strong computer skills.
