Admissions Coordinator for Queen Anne Nursing Home and Southwood at Norwell Nursing Home

Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinates screening of potential residents for the facility.
- Assumes responsibility for completion of Admissions documents.
- Informs patient or responsible party of facility policies and procedures and Resident Rights.
- Communicates with discharge planners, agencies and families regarding admissions decisions.
- Maintains facility waiting list.
- Verifies patient insurance prior to admission.
- Conducts tours of facility for potential resident or families.

Prerequisites:

- Management experience preferred.
- Long-term care experience preferred.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Admissions: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
