Analyze current and future state architectures and processes
Translate technical concepts into simple English for non-technical understanding
Maintain robust system processes while ensuring SOX, security, regulatory, and contractual compliance
Strategize with key stakeholders on how to best align IT with company objectives
Advise management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks
Required skills:
5+ years of experience in IT-related positions
Proficiency in various languages (COBOL, Java, SQL, etc.)
Knowledge of databases, data processes, architecture, and data security
Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
PBM experience
