Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the clinic. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly children, by implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA
- Collect and record data on individual's behaviors
- Assist in the development of skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Support individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Follow care plans and behavioral protocols

Skills:
- Proficiency in behavior analytic terminology
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Familiarity with care plans and patient care techniques
- Understanding of special education principles
- Background in behavioral health or related field
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
