Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $19 to $23 per hour

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Ideaboxpro, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, making sure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by identifying areas for enhancement
