ABOUT THIS ROLE: The client is seeking quotes from experienced firms for a licensed professional counsellor or license clinical social worker on a temporary basis. The client is comprised of approximately 16,500 students, 2,500 staff members that occupy 34 buildings, 29 of which are K-12 schools, 2 early childhood locations, Welcome Center, and rental properties for SPARK and Teaching Learning & Accountability (TLA). The client spans approximately 68 square miles and resides in nine municipalities and unincorporated areas of St. Louis County, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

The Candidate is responsible for training all substitute employees for as required by law, District required competencies, and position specific software. These trainings include and are not limited to:

  • Bullying Prevention
  • Confidentiality Training
  • Electronic Use Policy
  • Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect
  • Seclusion, Isolation, and Physical Restraint
  • Emergency Preparedness
  • Preventing Child Sexual Abuse

In addition to the above required training, the candidate is responsible for continued professional development related to the relevant positions such as technical training with Google Classroom and Chromebooks.
