The Construction Project Coordinator assists homeowners having repairs made to their homes or businesses that have been damaged by a floor or fire. You will work as a liaison for the customer and the Construction Project Manager to identify repair/rebuild project requirements and specifications. Administer and organize projects, paperwork and files to support our construction department. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you will thrive in this environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and Construction Project Manager, Employees and Sub-Contractors
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create and send on-going communication through Restoration Manager to Customers, Employees and Sub-Contractors
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Assist with material ordering
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of construction administration and office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • QuickBooks Online experience a ++++

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary, computer and customer service role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
