Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPrinter TechnicianLocation: Des Moines, IA Pay Rate: $25-$32/HR W2Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmDuration: 6+ Months Job Summary:
  • Support the triage process and perform technical support on Ricoh print devices.
  • Will work with customer to order parts as required and coordinate with site to install parts needed to complete repairs.
  • Will assist with hot-swaps when required.
  • Will go through credentialing process and will check into customer’s system using credentialing at least once a shift to ensure access stays active.
  • Other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting printers
  • Inventory management
  • Desktop support experience
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude
