What you’ll be doing: 

  • Verify that HVAC systems have been installed correctly and are operating as designed.
  • Educate customers on HVAC equipment and modify operation if needed to fit customer needs.
  • Inspect install for quality and compliance.
  • Experience in servicing and installing major components such as coils, compressors, condensers, etc.
  • Experience in refrigerant charge and/or recovery.
  • Inform installation management team of any necessary changes or repairs.
  • Work closely with installation teams to improve methods, safety, documentation, and quality.
  • Drive quality efforts to assure all HVAC installs meet customer requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis relating to installation deficiencies.
  • Performs daily work duties with little to no supervision in the field. 
  • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems. Promotes products and services to the customer. 
  • Maintain accurate accounting of inventory and maintains tools in assigned vehicle. 
  • Keeps workplace organized, neat, and clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment. 
  • Must be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and apply technical instructions.
  • Excellent communication and listening.
  • Knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC installations.
  • Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.
  • Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
  • This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
