MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A RECIEIVING LEAD IN A 3PL COMPANY


Connect Staffing is seeking a experienced Receiving Lead to fill an opening at a large Third Party Logistics warehouse located in Jurupa Valley, CA.


1st shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (OT very likely and will vary)


Requirements for the Receiving Lead:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving lead
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality control procedures
  • Must be certified to operate a cherry picker
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Steel Toe Boots
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Receiving Lead :

  • Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments and verify their accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Work closely with the purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments to coordinate the flow of goods
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all received goods meet company standards
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Warehouse Manager on receiving activities and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
