VillageCareMax seeks high-performing individual for this full time management role. The Project Manager of System Implementation for Eligibility and Enrollment position will help lead and manage the implementation of enrollment new system implementation through various phases. The manager will also be responsible for all post implementation support, system monitoring, and ongoing training of staff related to enrollment system and system reports. The Project Manager of System Implementation will play a key supporting role to the Member Experience department and will on cross functional initiatives and strategies.
This dynamic role involves support in a variety of areas. Collaborating with the Eligibility, Intake Enrollment, Business Development, and the IT team, you will work to develop a project management plan for new system implementation and monitor post go-live activities. Provide oversight of the implementation of new software applications to improve efficiencies and outcomes including referral tracking and enrollment. Provide support and facilitates training to department staff in the effective deployment and use of new systems and other information technology. Lead in managing the transition of data and workflow processes from current system to new the system. Monitors the performance of the system to recommend changes and implementation of workflows. Engage with staff to identify unique operational needs and assist with the development of action plans that are consistent with strategic initiatives.We would like to speak with those who bring a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with 5+ years' experience in Project Management in a healthcare or MLTC setting. Excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once will be vital to this role.
