Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing professional quality design concepts that support CFHC's brand and service objectives. You will play a leading role in graphic design, advertising, video production, event coordination, resource management, website design, and offer opportunities for growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Designing and producing attractive multimedia content including but not limited to original photography, print and digital collateral, motion graphics, video, and audio recordings
  • Creating original art and graphics for use in social media, email, website, advertisements and events
  • Meeting with program managers and other stakeholders to set the project scope and brainstorm ideas
  • Recording, editing, and encoding audio and video
  • Producing mock-ups and storyboards that provide a rough idea of the finished design
  • Utilizing animation software, design tools and audio recording equipment to produce recordings and visual images.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a multimedia design role.

  • In-depth knowledge of software design programs such the Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure, constantly changing priorities, and strict deadlines
