We are looking for a full-time, Quality Control Specialist in Arlington, TX. Responsible for ensuring all information received during procedure is accurately documented and scanned into the patient's electronic record. Responsible for ensuring all pertinent patient information is received by all approved parties involved in the patients plan of care. This position will be cross-trained as an administrative assistant for the OBS department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately documents patient care delivered in the medical record
• Reviews and uploads images into eCW and Office365
• Reviews medical paperwork for accuracy
• Unpacking, logging inventory, and storing supplies from vendors
• Performs other duties as assigned


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Ability to respond quickly, physically and mentally when priorities and /or the patient's condition changes
• Ability to adapt with flexibility: being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the
workplace
• Ability to work independently by guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending one oneself to get
things done
• Ability to maintain records
• Ability to clean, maintain, and make minor adjustments to equipment
• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
• Excellent, polished patient interaction skills. Ability to communicate professionally with patients
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
• Energetic with a desire to learn and develop new skills


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree

• Six (6) months of experience in healthcare setting
