Highline Christian Church is a non-denominational, elder-led congregation modeled on the churches of the Restoration Movement. The Senior Pastor’s overall responsibility, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is to lead the members and attenders to a closer and deeper relationship with God. This is done by helping all to love God and others in the members everyday lives through discipleship and accountability. The Senior Pastor should lead the church by demonstrating the love of God through the Senior Pastor's own servant leadership and shepherd care for the members.

  • Meet with the Elders regularly and contribute to leadership decisions. Manage assigned portions of annual budget expenditures.
