  • Application Architecture Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation
  • Leading Application Architectural Design and Code Walkthroughs/Reviews
  • Concepts and practical experiences in Functional Reuse
  • Creating/Writing/Coding MS Server Automated Tasks
Technical Skills:
  • Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
  • MS SQL Server Facilities and SQL
  • Language Skills in VB.NET, Visual Basic (V6), ASP, and VBScript
  • Language Skills in Java and/or Python
  • Language Skills in JavaScript and/or PowerShell .

Key Responsibilities:

Project Deliverables:
  • Create an Application Architecture Design, Code, and Test a Utility to facilitate migration of existing Notices Documents/Artifacts from an existing Solution to be stored and catalogued on/inthe State’s ECM System (Hyland OnBase).
  • Development of both a Command-Line and Automated Service Task Utility to run on MS SQL Server for migration tasks.
  • Conduct regular weekly status check meetings and submit weekly written status reports detailing progress, plans, and any issues.

Management Requirements:
  • Identify all personnel by name and skill set who will be working on the project and include resumes.
  • Certification that all proposed personnel meet the minimum required qualifications and possess the required certifications to complete the work as required.
  • Provide names and titles of all key management personnel who will be involved in supervising the services rendered under the agreement.
