In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in accurately processing orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring our customers receive their items promptly and with a smile. Your day will be filled with diverse tasks, from maintaining a pristine and orderly warehouse to enhancing the overall customer experience. Step into a role that keeps our warehouse, showroom, and property running smoothly and become a key contributor to our success


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Follow tasks and instructions provided by the manager.

· Prepare work orders and pickups for the day, including preparing the exact yardage of material.

· Deliver orders to customers or other company warehouses with safety and care in mind.

· Appropriately display and maintain all materials.

· Maintain stock samples.

· Appropriately dispose of materials.

· General maintenance of building and property.

· General custodial responsibilities.

Requirements:

COMPETENCIES:

· Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.

· Basis understanding on warehouse operations and safety procedures.

· Basic math skills.

· Good computer skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Work will be performed inside and outside of the warehouse and store.

· Work will be performed off-site at customer location(s).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Ergonomic factors: lifting and lowering heavy items, bending, reaching overhead, repetitive motions, pushing and pulling heavy loads.

· Climbing Ladders

· Must be able to lift 75 pounds without restrictions.


TRAVEL REQUIRED:

· Travel will be required to customers’ home or other store locations using a company vehicle.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Forklift certification

· 1-2 years of experience in related field/work experience.


ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· Unrestricted drivers license

· Eligible to work in the United Sates
