Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor at Jones Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. In this individual contributor role, you will act as a liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This Full-Time position is located in our Casa Grande, Arizona dealership and offers a competitive salary range of $4000 to $8000 per month, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and issues
• Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring efficient use of technicians’ time and resources
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services and repairs
• Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the service process, keeping them updated on the status of their vehicle
• Communicate recommendations for additional services or repairs needed
• Generate and explain invoices to customers, including a breakdown of service costs
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain open communication with service technicians, ensuring they understand the customers’ needs and concerns
• Continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and improve overall service experience

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and dealership management systems
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
