With your proven track record and natural ability to lead, you will successfully recruit, build, and nurture sales talent, strategically cultivate new and powerful ways to engage clients and catapult our business into further success.


You'll be an integral part of our growing team with an upside-earning potential and the ability to create your own schedule. This position is built on a foundation of Integrity and trust and a passion for teaching and coaching. If your goals are to build relationships in order to help others be successful, apply today.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts
  • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps

  • Lead by example with production, support, and system updates
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Experience with relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Must have a Current, Active Florida Real Estate License
About Company

Josh has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 and has been coaching and mentoring new and seasoned agents since 2012 running the Josh Hanoud Team. His main passion is teaching agents how to become successful quickly and most of all, being a Real Estate Agent "The Right Way". He has been on several boards throughout his career and was a writer for multiple blogs.


The Josh Hanoud Team now covers 1/3 of the state of Florida, but Josh's networking and coaching expand through several states and countries.
