We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator for a key client of ours in the Financial Wealth industry in Houston TX (Galleria). This is a fantastic and dynamic company with endless opportunities and incredible leadership.

As the Office Coordinator, you will have front office responsibilities and will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors. This will play a critical role with first impressions with the company, and as the Office Coordinator, you will greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors in a professional manner and perform administrative duties within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as an Office Coordinator is required
  • Experience in Front Office / Receptionist experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Occasional after-hour client meetings will happen, and must be willing to do this at times (planned ahead)
  • Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
  • Must be commutable distance to Energy Corridor
