Seasonal Tax Assistant (January - April, 2025)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client documents for scanning – organize, count, insert target sheets, prepare cover sheets etc.
  • Scan document requests, including binding, assembly and delivery upon completion
  • Print Signature Authorization Forms
  • Match Signature Authorization Forms with Barcode Sheets for tax return release
  • Update GoFileRoom (data base) Client Workflows
  • Assisting with export of assembly supplies
  • Maintain efficient system for documents and files

Requirements:

  • Commitment to outstanding client service
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment when needed
  • Strong communication and listening skills. Problem resolution skills. Attention to detail: accuracy; timeliness
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volume work load
