We strive to provide the most leading quality of care to the athletic population, with an emphasis on manual therapy, sport-specific rehab, and extensive individualized attention.
We are searching for physical therapists who share our values and passion for bringing high-quality sport-specific physical therapy care. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who provides great energy, makes welcoming people a top priority and is looking to grow with the company's long-term vision. The position is being offered as PRN.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consults with medical, ancillary professionals and other team members/supervisors to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations.
- Performing duties standard for DPTs including but not limited to: treating more than 1 patient while still providing individualized attention, utilizing sport-specific rehab techniques, proficient in manual therapy skills, developing rapport with our community-based patient load, and educating patients on their health care benefits.
- Provide treatment to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Maintains and completes evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines.
- Effectively communicates with patient and/or family/significant other in providing updates.
- Instructs on proper home exercise programs and therapies
- Ability to address staff and patients in a courteous and friendly manner as well as accept constructive criticism.
- Must be willing to communicate with patients of various levels of functioning and various types of personalities.
- Willingness to communicate perceived physical and emotional needs of patients to other skilled staff to assist with addressing their care needs.
- Adheres to Attains policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective and efficient implementation and development of standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a steadfast presence in the clinic.
- Ability to communicate a passion for the company and inspire the same enthusiasm in our client for positive feedback both in-person and online.
