Who We Are:RTM Business Group is a professional development conferences and events company working in EdTech, Healthcare, Government, Medical and Banking sectors. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies, catering specifically to the C-suite, providing curated content and peer-to-peer collaboration.
Our events are located in major cities throughout the country – LA, Austin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc..Our team travels together which is a truly unique experience, different from “traditional” work travel, which in turn cultivates interdepartmental relationships and friendships that drive our collaborative culture.
About the Role:RTM is looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team. You will focus on managing our Websites (WordPress), social media, content, campaigns and driving marketing ROI. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running as we provide an unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work.

This role is Hybrid in NY, NJ and CT with 1 day a week in the office. This role will report into the VP of Operations.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain all websites and onsite signage with up-to-date information around event information, speakers and sponsors, as well as SEO copy to help garner organic traffic.
- Manage all social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) content for brand voice and consistency.
- Create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand.
- Manage and coordinate all onsite photos and videos to be used as marketing collateral on our websites and emails.
- Work cross-functionally with Delegate, Event Operations, Production, and Vendor Sales teams to create and update Event pages and collateral.
- Work with our advisory board members to create and market content to promote events.
- Create graphics and marketing collateral based on templates (video, designs) to align with campaigns. Attending RTM events to create video content to generate testimonials and referrals
- Define and communicate campaign outcomes (analytics) with actions to the team.
- Set up A/B testing campaigns, monitor and optimisation of paid media campaigns (META, Google
and Linkedin based on strategy) for continuous improvement.
- Define targeted outbound email marketing campaigns from concept to completion in CRM, Hubspot.
- Define the strategy for email deliverability through the use of Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Gmass
- Minimum of 2 years experience is required
- BS/BA in business, marketing, or relevant field
- Ability to produce content and manage campaigns against a deadline
- Demonstrated understanding in imagery and copy engaging audiences
- Experience in managing email funnels and lead generation campaigns
- Ability to adapt copy based on engagement and strategic direction provided
- Experience in creating social media content across different platforms with an eye for content that will cut through the noise
- Proficient in grammar, spelling and composition (copy editing)
- Ability to follow up and communicate deadline with team members
- Have experience using Wordpress (CMS) to update websites
- Hubspot and Airtable marketing experience a plus
- Canva experience a plus
- B2B marketing experience

Salary $90,000 base + bonuses
