Our Brand-New Luxury Community in San Ramon is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance for 185 Units. We are seeking a responsible and dependable candidate whose goal is to maintain the well-appointed appearance of the property and a hazard-free environment. We are expanding our multi-family portfolio, allowing for future growth potential.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be expected to lead your team of Maintenance Technicians and Porters by providing leadership skills to motivate, teach and train your staff. You will be responsible for the physical condition of the community and ensure the most economical, proper, and safe condition of the property. Regularly perform and report on property inspections, maintain and coordinate timely completion of work orders, and make ready’s and accurately record in Yardi.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 5 years of verifiable hands-on technical work experience in the areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC, etc.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance role in a Residential Property Management environment is preferred.
  • Dynamic leader with excellent communication skills that can motivate and lead a team to accomplish property/ownership objectives.
  • Previous experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance/engineering, or construction.
  • Previous experience with preparation of annual budgets for operations and capital expenditures
  • Previous Yardi Experience
  • Experience managing vendors on site and setting property expectations.

Salary commensurate with experience, monthly potential bonus based on resident retention, 25% housing discount, excellent benefits including 401K and 3-weeks’ vacation in your first year.
