Northeast Counseling Services is searching for a caring, compassionate person who desires a rewarding and meaningful employment life helping people with mental illness take charge of their lives and become productive citizens. The work is done in communities settings, not in offices.

The Blended Case Manager works with the serious and persistently mentally ill population, using a strength based perspective, to assist clients to obtain necessary services and support. The primary goal is to empower the client to identify their needs and choose the resources to fulfill them. This workforce member has access to the complete chart for cases requiring his/her workers involvement.

Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field is necessary. Must maintain a valid PA Driver's license.

  • Vision insurance and short-term/long-term disability insurance is offered at NO COST to the employee.
  • $3000 sign-on bonus (50% granted at 6 months of employment, remainder granted at 1 year of employment.)
  • $2500 added remuneration for bilingual ability.
  • Added remuneration per year of experience
  • Additional $500 quarterly incentive opportunity
