Case Coordinator

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage cases involving individuals with disabilities
- Develop and implement programs to support clients' needs
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide administrative support for case files and documentation
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate program management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in behavioral health or social work settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
- Ability to work with diverse populations

Pay: $19.41 - $23.38 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
