Currently, we are seeking a Training & Development Specialist to become a part of the HIROTEC team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops training policies, programs, and schedules, based on identified organizational training needs.
  • Organizes and develops training manuals, reference materials, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Conducts training sessions covering specified areas as needed operationally.
  • Researches and selects outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific topics.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (UKG Pro a plus).
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking training records.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

The position requirements include a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, along with excellent oral/written communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
