Job Summary:
Servpro of Chattanooga and Bradley County is seeking a talented and driven Construction Operations Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the Chattanooga area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of construction personnel and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.


Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure the timely and efficient completion of construction projects within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction personnel.
• Assess and manage project risks and ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure they are met.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds industry standards.


Qualifications:
• At least three years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspaces and project management software.

•Experience with working in Xactimate a plus
