Position Overview:
As an Order Filler at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of products from the warehouse to our customers, ensuring timely, efficient, and error-free shipments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse shelves based on order forms, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
  • Packing Orders: Pack and label products securely for shipment to customers, ensuring items are well-protected and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory control to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare items for shipping by verifying contents, printing shipping labels, and coordinating with couriers to meet delivery schedules.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks before orders leave the warehouse to ensure every customer receives the correct items in excellent condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and participating in routine housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order filling, warehouse, or logistics roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and label printing.
  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
