Review all invoices for accuracy before posting to general ledger for payment

Work closely with parts and service departments to ensure all invoices are turned in timely

Process all payments to vendors on time and accurately

Maintain weekly/monthly invoices such as utilities and advertising

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Intercompany reconciliation-receive and collect payment

Contact Customers concerning past due invoices

Collect and post customer payments to the general ledger

Reconcile and post daily deposit

Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will posses a high school diploma, have fine attention to detail, express great customer service skills, willingness to learn and the desire to grow within the company. The candidate will also have experience with:

  • Cash Handling
  • Reconciliations
