With our performance-based bonus structure, you are your only limitation. We provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure your success

Entry-level sales position; Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (No Weekends).

*Bonus eligible after training period*

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding prospective customer needs to close sales and meet company performance metrics.
  • Generate new business by engaging with potential customer via email, phone, voicemail, and texts that promote and sell financial services we offered.
  • Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sale goals.
  • Verify customers application information and gather additional information where necessary.
  • Utilize active listening skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and their motivation to buy in order close the sale.
  • Educate customers on payment plans, addressing all questions and concerns.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiating skills to overcome customer objections.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sale process.
  • Leverage multi-tasking skills to maintain a high level of productivity throughout the day.
  • Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data at a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or service business (preferred but not required).
  • Leadership skills are a plus; could potentially develop into a Leadership role.
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking on the phone and working on the computer.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.
  • Ability to close sales and provide exceptional service is required in this role.
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials.
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
