Job DescriptionCome join the Chicago Hyatt team Rental Sales Agent, $19.20/hr with uncapped commission (average annual salary equivalent of $54,864)
Join our team as a Rental Sales Agent and embark on a role where you’ll thrive on sales opportunities and deliver top-notch customer experiences. Your main goal is to exceed customer expectations by not only meeting their rental needs but also introducing them to additional products and services that enhance their journey.
What you’ll do to excel:
- Elevate every rental experience by actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and building loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and uphold service standards to contribute to our team’s success.
- Execute administrative duties, including maintaining daily checklists to support smooth branch operations.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email, embodying our commitment to friendly and helpful service.
- Collaborate with the branch team to efficiently manage vehicle returns and ensure swift turnaround times.
- Embrace other assigned responsibilities as needed to support our dynamic business environment.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, which is a fundamental requirement of this role.

QualificationsWhat you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to follow defined service and sales processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations grace and enthusiasm to maintain excellent customer service
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours
- Position likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- The ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
