About Us: We are a growing real estate wholesaling business seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Real Estate Showing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the real estate industry, gain valuable experience, and learn the ins and outs of property showings and real estate transactions.
Job Description: As a Real Estate Showing Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting property showings, as well as taking high-quality photos of properties. Each booking typically requires about 30 minutes of your time at the property.
Compensation:$40 per 30 minute booking
Responsibilities:- Conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Help to make the property's occupant feel comfortable during the showing.
- Manage interactions between occupants and interested buyers.
- Take high-quality photos of properties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and team members.
- Ensure timely and professional interactions during all showings.
Schedule & Availability:
- 3-5 bookings per week to start, with potential for more as the business grows.
- Bookings will generally be scheduled with 24 hours' notice.
- Availability during weekdays is required, with occasional weekend bookings.
